The Lake Eva Park Project included 9 buildings: Community Center: 15,000 sf expansion and 30,000 sf renovation, Parks & Recreation Department headquarters, Aquatic Center that includes concession, competition pool, 30′ slide, children’s activity pool and a splash pad that can compete with large scale resorts; Pro-Shop facility to support 4 tennis and 2 basketball courts; Banquet Facility providing full service kitchen and 30,000 sf of ballroom space; Bandshell and Great Lawn and the renovation of a National Historic landmark that was constructed in 1932 which now provides picnic & kitchen facilities on first floor and City offices on the second floor. WELBRO self performed 10% of the work. The scope included all concrete, masonry and site specialty installations.
