Residence Inn Orlando Downtown

WELBRO is currently providing general contracting services for the new Downtown Orlando Residence Inn located at the corner of Orange Ave and Colonial Drive. The 7-story building is 165,486 square feet with 138 rooms, 4,000 square feet ground floor restaurant space and an attached parking garage.

Completion scheduled for March 2015.
