Margaritaville Landing & Riverwalk has received Melbourne City Council approval!

WELBRO is proud to announce Melbourne City Council’s approval for our new project, which is starting later this year. This seven-story, 146-room resort hotel will feature a two-story restaurant building, a marina with 221 boat slips, a 14,000 SF event lawn with a stage, a four-level parking garage, as well as a public boardwalk. We are excited to get started on this project, and to continue working in the wonderful City of Melbourne!
