WELBRO provided Construction Management at Risk Services for Azalea Park Elementary School. This comprehensive project consists of a new elementary school building housing administration, classrooms, art and music rooms, kitchen, multi-purpose and dining area, comprising approximately 90,000 gross square feet. Renovation was required for one existing Building #15, with 8 classrooms and approximately 10,000 square feet. Renovations to this building also included upgrades to the fire alarm, energy management system and finishes, as well as interconnection to the new building. Demolition of the remaining school buildings on the existing campus was required. Also included in the scope of work were related drives, parking lots, playing fields, outdoor activity areas, and site utilities. The renovated campus will serve a 650 student population.
