Scope of work included the renovation of existingspace within the Amway Center for the CFSC new office. Spaces include six executive offices, conference room and two cubicles. This 4,000 sq. ft. tenant build-out was completed in six (6) weeks. WELBRO Special Services worked along with the City of Orlando to accommodate all scheduled activities within the Amway.
