WELBRO Building Corporation completed construction management services for the Dalfen Auburndale Project. This project will be two shell cross-dock warehouse buildings, the first will be 470,000 square feet and the second 420,000 square feet. Both buildings were be fully lighted with dock equipment allowing the tenants to quickly start using the facility upon completion.
