WELBRO provided Construction Management at Risk Services for Dommerich Elementary School and Maitland Middle School on one 20-acre campus. For Dommerich Elementary, construction included a new 85,800 sq. ft. admin./ classroom building connected to a shared kitchen with separate dining rooms for Dommerich Elementary School and Maitland Middle School. Scope of work also included demolition, site work, landscaping and irrigation, improvement of existing parking areas and parent and bus loops, renovation of existing underground utilities, and the assessment of existing modular buildings including technology and audio enhancement.
