WELBRO and our alliance partner provided design/build services for the new administrative office building, materials and research laboratory, vehicle repair shop, warehouse, crew building, covered storage facilities, vehicle wash facility, pedestrian overpass and site development work. This 82,000 sq. ft. complex replaced the existing facilities and was constructed in phases, with new facilities being completed first and demolition of existing facilities following. Extensive site work was involved, including certain remediation regarding hazardous building materials.
