WELBRO provided general contracting services on the construction of a new 53,000 SF Towne Hall which will connect to an existing 5,600 SF dining facility known as the “Gingerbread House”. The ground level of the Towne Hall will include an expanded dining food court and an entertainment multipurpose hall with stage. “The upper level will house the administrative offices for Give Kids The World. This themed facility is an important addition to the village as it will increase seating and dining capacities as well as offer a much anticipated indoor venue for group activities during Florida’s inevitable and often sudden weather changes.”
