The Haines City, City Hall and Library project consisted of a new two-story City Hall Building (21,664sf) and one-story Library building (22,971sf). The project is located in downtown Haines City between 6th street and 7th street, adjacent to Main Street. WELBRO services for this project included design development assistance to insure budget compliance thru Systems and Furnishing procurement that provided the ownership with a furnished facility that is ready to occupy.
