WELBRO Building Corporation provided Construction Management at Risk Services for Hamlin Elementary School. This project consisted of a prototypical elementary school on a 13.12-
acre site. Hamlin Elementary construction activities include the tilt up concrete exterior wall panels for the new multi-story prototype school building which is approximately 89,000 square-feet with 837 student stations. This school will include the following spaces: administration, classrooms, media center, CCTV, teaching spaces, food service area, music, play courts and playfields.
