WELBRO completed the renovation of the property’s former Three Meal Restaurant into the FastBreak Restaurant with an Outdoor Biergarten, including 8,900 SF of interior renovations and 8,400 SF of exterior renovations. The scope of this project includes new tile flooring; buffet, main bar, private dining, and Biergarten bar millwork; glazing systems including nana walls and vertical lift door; acoustical wood baffles; lighting and TV walls, as well as new storm drainage, horizontal and vertical hardscape, landscape, firepit, covered Biergarten bar, and string lighting.
