WELBRO Special Services provided general contracting services for the demolition of the existing bleacher area and construction of a new 3,000 sq. ft. field house which contains locker rooms, training room and mechanical spaces. The construction is masonry with a hollow core roof slab. Steel beams carry the bleachers which were recycled as a way to get value from the project.
