The Forsyth project consists of demolishing the former Sears Outlet building and constructing four new shell warehouse buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet. The 40+ acre site is located in Winter Park. We’ll complete the work in two phases with two buildings in the back going first and then two buildings in the front following after the existing tenants vacate the Sears building in October 2022.
