WELBRO provided Construction Management at Risk Services for Maitland Middle School and Dommerich Elementary School on one 20-acre campus. For Maitland Middle School, construction included a new 72,200 sq. ft. administration/ music/classroom building and a renovated classroom building, a shared kitchen with separate dining rooms for Dommerich Elementary School & Maitland Middle School. Scope of work also included demolition, site work, landscaping and irrigation, improvement of existing parking areas and parent and bus loops, renovation of existing underground utilities, and the assessment of existing modular buildings including technology and audio enhancement.
