WELBRO Building Corporation recently provided construction management services for the New Smyrna Beach Middle School Campus Wide Renovations project. The scope of this project consisted of a campus-wide complete replacement of the air conditioning systems, new chilled water plant, campus-wide replacement of all ceilings, lighting, and flooring systems. Interior renovations consisted of the media center and food lab spaces. Improvements to the site and storm drainage were also included in the multiphased construction of the project.
