WELBRO will be providing construction management at risk services for the Oak Ridge HS Classroom Addition Functional Equity Project. This project includes a 15-classroom building addition, including general classrooms, laboratory spaces, resource rooms, and planning areas. We will also be completing campus-wide capital renewal.
