WELBRO and our JV partner provided preconstruction and construction services for the 25-story, 282-unit tower, a 9-story parking garage, and self-performed the concrete on this 700,000 sq. ft. timeshare resort. Located on beachfront property, the building connects to the existing South Tower. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, arcade and game rooms, computer rooms, interior mini-golf area and a pool bar. The tower is part of one of the largest redevelopment projects in Daytona Beach’s history – Ocean Walk Village, a three-level complex located between the two vertical hospitality towers.
