WELBRO Building Corporation provided general contracting services for this 730-room luxury hotel which is located ten minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World. The structure is 17 stories tall with a total of 684,000 sq. ft. The new property is one of the premier golf resorts in the country and includes more than 70,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a 10,000 sq. ft. European-style spa, two challenging par-72 championship golf courses, the National and the International, designed by golf great, Greg Norman.
