WELBRO Building Corporation recently completed construction of a new, single-story 9,520-square-foot classroom & lab building to house the Welding Program at the Osceola Technical College (oTECH) campus. The pre-engineered metal building was previously purchased by the School District of Osceola County (SDOC). This project consisted of erection of the pre-engineered metal building, interior construction, interior finishes, sitework, driveways, parking lot, sidewalks, fencing and storm drainage system improvements. SDOC has contracted separately for the metal building materials and supply & installation of all welding equipment and welding ventilation systems.
