The Palagio for Seniors project was a new 3-story, 99,539 square-foot assisted living facility with 102 standard resident units and 20 units dedicated to Memory Care. The building consisted of a full-service kitchen and dining area, multi-purpose room, cardio & fitness area with spa and massage rooms, food and beverage area with interactive entertainment, teaching kitchen, and arts & crafts studio. Exterior work included a courtyard with arts and crafts areas and its very own putting green.
