WELBRO Building Corporation provided general contracting services for the renovation of an existing seven story historic hotel and addition of a new seven story tower. The 128 room hotel features an indoor swimming facility, exercise room and buffet. The public areas maintain the uniqueness and charm of the original historic structure and finishes, while the guest rooms have standard Courtyard finishes.
