WELBRO/QUINN provided construction management services for the construction of a two-story medical building, approximately 8,500 sf / floor for 17,000 square feet total. The building contains spaces for a medical clinic, exam rooms, an OB/GYN clinic, a dental department, a pharmacy, medical records, training / conference rooms, nurses’ stations, as well as ancillary support areas including but not limited to waiting areas, reception areas, restrooms and other related areas.
