WELBRO Building Corporation provided Construction Management Services for the renovation of the Riverside Elementary School for Orange County Public Schools. This multi-phased project consists of the construction of a new 2-story 66,307 s.f. classroom building, Central Energy Plant, PE Building with athletic & play fields, a new entrance, drop-off zone and parking, off-site force main, renovation of approximately 26,835 s.f. of existing classroom spaces, and demolition of the remaining existing campus and wastewater treatment plant.
