WELBRO Building Corporation’s TEAMWORKS division completed 184 residential-style suites in the first tower and 293 suites in the third tower with full kitchens, washer and dryers, multiple bathrooms, and screened patios. In addition to the units, a high-end lobby check-in, meeting rooms & activity center greet guests as they enter. There are also four swimming pools, bars, a spa & fitness center, and Alfresco Market – a large scale grab and go food option.
The resorts additional features include several other dining options, an interactive water structure with multiple slides, a lazy river stretching more than 725 feet, and a dual rider surf simulator.
The Grove Resort & Spa project is unique in the sense that it was already an existing jobsite when WELBRO became involved. When the real estate market bottomed out approximately seven years ago, the resort was under construction but had to stop all production. The owner/developer at the time left the country and the general contractor and subcontractors stopped all work until WELBRO took over in April, 2016.
