Tomoka Elementary School

WELBRO provided construction management services to replace Tomoka Elementary School in Volusia County on its existing campus. The new 107,024-square-foot facility accommodates 836 student stations and includes 45 classrooms, each equipped with restrooms for optimal instructional time. Collaboration spaces, a 15 ½-foot-tall media center tree, and preserved oak trees were seamlessly integrated into the campus design. The school’s green and blue color scheme represents Tomoka State Park and the Tomoka River. WELBRO achieved efficient construction while exceeding High-Performance goals.
