WELBRO Special Services provided construction management services on a fast-track schedule for the replacement all tile and carpet flooring in the lobby and common corridors of the University of Central Florida Recreation and Wellness Center. Over 5,000 sf of tile and 225 sy of carpet was replaced during 7-day window while the center was closed between student semesters.
