WELBRO Building Corp. provided construction management services for this 151,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art hospitality management training facility. The project includes a 400-seat auditorium used for speeches, large class lectures, ceremonies, and special events. It is in the heart of the Central Florida tourism section of Orlando near the new addition to the Orange County Convention Center. Many highly respected hospitality professionals were consulted in the design and curriculum of this facility. The result is one of the most sought after programs in the country for this type of educational program. Students have at their disposal one of the best higher education programs geared toward service oriented management including computer centers, food service laboratories, beverage management laboratories, conference rooms, cafeteria, bookstore, and recreation facilities.
