Vance Harmon Community Park is a joint venture project WELBRO completed with Quinn Commercial. Phase 1 included a 16,000 sq.ft. building with a gymnasium, lobby, meeting rooms, warming kitchen, and locker rooms for the new competition swimming pool. There is also a multi-use lawn and clay walking trail with fitness stations. Phase 2 included improvements to the existing football and softball fields, basketball, racquetball, and tennis courts. There are also new playgrounds, a dog park, and stage for community events. The park will serve as a gathering place for the adjacent neighborhoods and Poinciana community for an array of recreational activities.
