WELBRO provided construction management services for Westminster Communities of Florida’s Skilled Nursing Center in Winter Park. This project consists of 18,900 square feet of renovations to an existing nursing home facility. The project was completed in four phases to allow the facility to remain occupied and active during all phases of construction.
