WELBRO Building Corporation completed Construction Managment Service for the Woodward Avenue Elementary School Renovations and Additional project for Volusia County Schools in DeLand, Florida. This project included the construction of a new food service building incorporating a dining/multipurpose room and kitchen space; a new 11 classroom and administration office building; a new physical education pavilion with storage, restrooms, and play court; a new central energy plant; interior renovations to the existing media center and administrative spaces; sitework, parking lot, and drainage improvements campus wide.
