Vance Harmon Park Improvements

WELBRO/Quinn Constructors, a joint venture, is soliciting qualified subcontractors, vendors and certified M/WBE pricing for Phase I of the proposed Vance Harmon Park Improvements, located at 699 Country Club Drive, Poinciana, Florida. Phase I work consists of Site Development (8 ac), Community Center & Gymnasium (14,838 sf) and a competition pool facility (6,500 sf). Participation by local businesses is strongly encouraged. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, 1/29/2016 at Heritage Park, 1875 Silver Spur Lane, Kissimmee at 2:00pm.
